Rian Satterwhite (Service Learning and Leadership) completed his two-year term serving as co-chair of the National Leadership Symposium by hosting the 29th annual event this week. Leadership educators from 19 institutions and three scholar/practitioners gathered at UNLV to explore the ways in which leadership education and development must be responsive to major cultural and contextual factors including the climate crisis, the need to integrate intercultural development and social justice lenses, and the power of building systems literacy into educational strategies.
