Pearl Kim and Haniyeh Shariatmadari (both Healthcare Administration and Policy) and Jay Shen (Healthcare Administration and Policy; Center for Health Disparities Research), along with their collaborators at the Optum Care, recently published an article, "Socioeconomic factors associated with use of telehealth services in outpatient care settings during the COVID-19," in BMC Health Services Research. Shariatmadari is a Ph.D. in Public Health student with the concentration in health services management and policy.
