Nancy Lough (Educational Psychology & Higher Education) presented "Strengths-based Leadership and Team Building" to the Ethnic Minorities and Women in Coaching and Leadership Conference at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in May. She followed that with a presentation on "Media Representation and Marketing of Women Athletes" at the FLAME () conference at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that month.
