Manoj Sharma (Social and Behavioral Health) co-authored an article, in the journal, Frontiers in Nutrition in association with co-authors from Chongqing Medical University and Qatar University. The article presents a valid and reliable scale for measuring nutrition literacy among middle school students in China that could be used for needs assessment, program planning, and evaluation.
