Leroy Pelton (Social Work) wrote an article, "The Continuing Role of Material Factors in Child Maltreatment and Placement," that was published in the March issue of Child Abuse & Neglect: The International Journal. It is a 20-year follow-up to the paper he was commissioned to write for the U.S. Advisory Board on Child Abuse and Neglect in the early 1990s.
