Kenneth Izuora (Medicine) presented at a plenary session of the National Adult and Influenza Immunization Summit held in Atlanta, GA on August 16. The presentation titled described the approach taken by the UNLV Health quality improvement project team to assess its Endocrinology clinic workflow to improve vaccinations for patients in the clinic. This project was supported by funding from the CDC under the program through the Council of Medical Specialty Societies and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology.
