Jungsun "Sunny" Kim and Anthony Gatling (both Hospitality) recently published their paper, "", in Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology. The results suggest that three person-environment (PE) fit dimensions (i.e., person-job, person-organizational, and person-technology fit) positively influence employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study contributes to the current literature by adding person-technology fit and testing the effects of the three-fit dimensions on service-oriented OCB via engagement. The study also allows operators to better understand the role that employees' PE fit plays toward engagement and provides guidelines to improve their service-oriented OCB.
