Jungnam Kim (Counselor Education, School Psychology, and Human Services) published the manuscript in the Professional School Counseling Journal. She worked alongside colleagues to examine how the culture in school counseling programs or departments shapes the college-related outcomes across racially/ethnically different student groups. This study highlights the complexity of student needs across race and the need for school counselors to intentionally design their college and career readiness/access for students from racially and ethnically different backgrounds.
