Jennifer Gray (Student Affairs) and Anna Brandenberger (UNLV Dining), along with Benny Yerushalmi and John Lee, both of whom are with Soho Sushi Burrito, made a presentation at the National Association of College Auxiliary Services west regional conference on "Bet Big, Win Big; How UNLV Gambled on Soho Sushi Burrito and Won." The conference was held in Orange County, California, earlier this month.
At the same conference, Gray, along with Jeff Panchavinin and Jason Taylor, both of the Scion Group, presented "UNLV; An Innovative Housing Partnership."
