Hilla Sang (Libraries) was selected as the recipient of the University Libraries' 2019 Spring Inspirational Customer Service Award. She was nominated for her work supporting web scraping, text analysis, curriculum planning, and data visualization for a wide variety of library users across campus. In addition, Sang is part of a GIS Instructional Development grant to further enable her efforts to provide inspirational customer service in teaching Esri Story Maps.
