David Damore (Political Science), Robert Lang (Brookings Mountain West and The Lincy Institute), and Karen Danielsen (Public Policy and Leadership) wrote an op-ed titled for USA Today. Based upon their recently published book, Blue Metros, Red States, the authors examine how suburbs in traditionally Republican voting states may swing a number of U.S. Senate seats to the Democrats in 2020.
