Danica G. Hays (Education), published a grounded theory study, in the Counselor Education and Supervision (CES) journal. The qualitative study provides a theoretical model of academic leadership engagement based on interviews with 20 counselor educators with academic leadership experience. Implications for facilitating academic leadership engagement are provided. CES is the flagship journal of the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, a division of the American Counseling Association.
