Danica G. Hays (Education) has been elected to serve on the Governing Council of the American Counseling Association. Hays, interim dean and professor of the College of Education, will represent the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling on the governing board, beginning her three-year term on July 1. The association represents more than 60,000 professional counselors across various practice settings.
