As one of the members of the Institute of Museum and Library Services-funded "Collective Responsibility: National Forum on Labor Practices for Grant-Funded Digital Positions" steering committee, she and colleagues demonstrated the use of three tools to promote labor equity, and discussed equitable project design, grant application language, and talking about contingency at work.
