Christina Miskey, Kelsey Mazmanyan, Cory Lampert, and Andrea Wirth (all Libraries) had an article "" published in Library Leadership and Management. The article discusses how the scholarly communication initiatives and digital collections departments worked, respectively, to develop improved and streamlined workflows that fully incorporate student employees. Both departments focused on building workflows that freed up staff time to work on other projects, and empowered student employees to gain new skills and learn about the context of the workflows they manage.
