Arnold M. Salazar, Amanda M. Leisgang, Andrew A. Ortiz, and Jefferson W. Kinney (all Brain Health) published a paper titled, “” in the journal of Neurobiology of Aging. The paper describes the changes occurring in an Amyloid Beta mouse model of Alzheimer's disease that includes cognitive functions and alterations in the GABA B receptors through three timepoints. The paper presents novel specific findings on the potential role of GABAergic signaling that may impact neuronal and glial function in Alzheimer's disease.
