Andre Chiang, DMA, baritone (Music - Voice Faculty), is performing the role of Il Conte in Le nozze di Figaro in Landlocked Opera’s inaugural collaboration with the in Columbia, Missouri. The performances are on Sept. 9 and 10 in the historic Missouri Theatre.
During the rehearsal process of the opera, Chiang also gave a to the University of Missouri music students on “Practical Applications of Vocology.” This research reinforces healthy and longevity focused voice use and habilitation.
