Aldo Barrita (Psychology) was awarded the 2022 Dr. Cynthia De Las Fuentes Dissertation Grant at the 20th annual meeting for the National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA). This grants aims to support dissertation projects that center Latinx communities and Latinx Psychological. Barrita's dissertation proposal was supported based on his emphasis to develop new bilingual measures that assess microaggressions for Latinx individuals.
