Description

Introduction to the "who, what, when, where, and why" of urban public policy and analysis. Examines policy making process, including federal, state, and intergovernmental decision making, and policy dilemmas in areas including health care, community development, and urban environment. Teaches basic urban policy analysis skills and decision processes.
