An introduction to the complexities of leading an arts enterprise. Presents an overview of the history, theory, principals, and practices of leadership in arts and culture organizations. Develops a core structure of values and strategies to provide a framework for managing the challenges and problems that make arts-based enterprises unique.Prerequisites
