Francisco Angelo was born in Veracruz, Mexico and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Theater and the performing arts has been his passion since the age of 8. He studied at the Las Vegas Academy, and later graduated with his BFA in Theater Design and Production at the University of Cincinnati. Francisco returned to Las Vegas in 2011 to pursue a career in Stage Management and, in that same year, began practicing yoga.

Yoga became an outlet from the stress and demands of a busy work life. At first, the physical practice of yoga was healing to the body and then the spiritual connection began to unfold.

After the pandemic in 2020, Francisco began studying Reiki and other holistic energy work. The call to further develop and share his spiritual  practice with others has led him to take on clients and practice energy work professionally.

In the summer of 2023, Francisco started his teacher training journey at TruFusion and is now certified in TruFlow and TruYin.

He is passionate to share the magic of yoga with others and spread yoga to people of all backgrounds. He wants to break the stereotype that yoga is only for certain people or body types. He loves teaching new students and beginners looking to build their yoga foundation.
