What kind of leader are you? Explore different leadership styles and identify which one is most suited to you. How can you effectively lead others, lead projects, and lead yourself in achieving your own goals? Learn different competencies you can develop to help you excel as a leader across diverse settings. This workshop will also guide you through a leadership styles assessment, helping you discover your natural strengths and areas for growth. By understanding your unique leadership style, you'll be better equipped to navigate challenges, inspire other students and those you work with, and drive success in both your personal and professional life.
