Fall 2024 Group Offerings

LGBTQ+ Support Group

A group for students looking to give and accept support, share resources, and discuss topics related to sexuality, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationships, and coping with living in a heteronormative environment

Self Compassion Therapy Group

This group helps students by developing compassion for oneself and others. This group explores what self-compassion is, how to build a healthier relationship with oneself and others. This group is likely to benefit most students, especially students who experience high self-criticism and shame.

Changing Your Patterns

In this group, students will learn about how you understand yourself and others and work through the persistent patterns that prevent you from growing. This is a 12-session group that will involve personal insight and interpersonal processing with other group members.

In My Feels: Understanding Emotions

Emotions are confusing, but they don't have to be. This 5-session psychoeducational group will help you identify, feel, understand, and cope with emotions. All of this is done in an inclusive and curious space.
