AquaFit

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines breathwork, movement, and meditation. It is made up of six series or levels with a fixed order of postures.
Barre
Our low-impact barre class incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training for a workout that will strengthen and challenge the entire body.
Belly Dance
Explore the art of Middle Eastern dance and focus on fluid movements, rhythm, and body isolation. This class helps improve flexibility, coordination, and self-expression.
Body Barbell
Body Barbell is a weight lifting class that offers a high intensity full body workout. Join us as we work together to boost your strength and endurance.
Boxing
Perform boxing combos and drills with a focus on technique while improving agility and cardiovascular endurance. Get in the ring for a full body workout!
Capoeira
Experience Capoeira–a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music.
Cardio Dance
The choreography of this dance-based class will increase your heart rate and strengthen your muscles.
Contemporary Jazz
Experience a dance style that combines traditional jazz techniques with modern influences.
Core
Join this class to work on your whole core, which includes abdominals, obliques, glutes, and more. The goal of this core fitness class is to build strength, endurance, and stability of all your vital core muscles.
Cycle
Our instructors will motivate you through a mix of interval training, sprints, hill climbs, and endurance work to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance in a low-impact but challenging workout.
Dance Party
In our Dance Party class, we will guide you through a Latin-inspired dance workout that will help make exercising fun. The routines we teach to participants combine aerobic interval training with dance.
Hatha Yoga
This yoga format emphasizes controlled breathing and posture. Move your body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT uses timed cardio, plyometric, and resistance training intervals followed by quick, active recovery periods to keep your heart rate up to get the most out of your time.
Hip Hop
Learn a piece of hip hop choreography to develop rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Students are encouraged to step outside the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.
Hula
Hula is a traditional Hawaiian dance that expresses stories through graceful movements and chants. Join us to learn more about this celebration of nature, history, and spirit.
Kendo
Kendo is a Japanese martial art that uses bamboo swords and protective armor. It is encouraged (but not required) to obtain a Bokuto Set with tsuba, Shinai, Kendogi & Hakama.
K-Pop
This dance-style class is associated with Korean Popular music. Join us for energetic and coordinated movements, which integrate various styles such as hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance.
MixxedFit
A people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning. Movements are always big and exaggerated. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio.
Pilates
This low-impact muscular endurance and flexibility class emphasizes the core by working the deep muscles of the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. Benefits include improved posture and enhanced mental awareness.
Strength Training
Our progressive strength training class places emphasis on body weight movements. This class features compound strength exercises, cardio and core as well as isolation exercises.
Taekwondo
A traditional form of Korean martial art that emphasizes self defense techniques such as kick, punch, and open- handed strikes. It's known for its focus on discipline, physical fitness, and mental strength.
Trauma Recovery Yoga (TRY)
This yoga method blends different mind-body tools like meditation, affirmations, breath work visualization and movement to stimulate the vagus nerve, work with neuroplasticity, and bring balance back into the brain and body.
Vin/Yin Yoga
This class begins with a combination of dynamic movements focused on toning all major muscle groups. We then ease into a more relaxed practice in the second portion of class to help you improve flexibility, soothing your mind and body.
Zumba
Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance to make exercise fun. The routines combine aerobic interval training with dance to create a combination of rhythms that tone the body.
