The Lee Business School encourages you to become actively involved in some of the many clubs and organizations affiliated with the College. Joining a student organization gives you opportunities to expand and enhance your overall educational experience, improve your social life, gain self-confidence, acquire leadership skills and learn how to function as a member of a group or a team. You'll meet other students with similar interests and have opportunities to work with faculty mentors and business leaders in your community.

Getting involved in student organizations can be one of the greatest, most rewarding experiences you will have while you are in college. Get involved, get connected and take advantage of all the opportunities available to active club members.

1st Generation Club is dedicated to develop ways to support UNLV first generation, transfer, or non-traditional students to adjust to new environment, lifestyle, and academic traditions.

A first-generation college student is defined as a student whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have not completed a bachelor's degree. This means that you are the first in your family to attend a four-year college/university to attain a bachelor's degree.

LTSC (pronounced Let’s See) offers transfer students both helpful resources as well as opportunities for friendly socializing. This is a no-pressure club where students help other students, and students can engage as much or as little as they want or as their schedules allow.

By the time transfer students get started at UNLV, they may have only two years remaining until graduation. They need to learn how everything works quickly so they can make the most of their short time in LEE. This club can help with that. Transferring schools creates some notable opportunities – new classes, new people, new experiences, and nerve-racking challenges – new classes, new campus, new people, new “how does this work here?” Of course, LEE advisors can answer many questions, but sometimes, students just want to talk with another student who has had similar experiences.

The club is open to all LEE transfer students. Fall 2022` is the inaugural semester for the club, transfer students admitted since spring 2021 are invited to join as well.
