The Manager Insights Hub is live and can be added to your Global Navigation Menu. Managers and Supervisors can now access a centralized space to view automated insights and receive recommendations to support their team’s career growth and development. 

The Manager Insights Hub offers a range of convenient tools to help you support and manage your team effectively:

  • Overview: Easily view and take action on pending approvals, hiring, and staffing events.
  • Hiring and Staffing: Quickly access the Hiring and Staffing Overview, including options to Create Job Requisition and Create Position. View recent in-progress job requisitions at a glance.
  • Time Management: Access key time management tasks and reports like Enter Time Off, Correct Time Off, and Review Worker Time Off Balances. The Team Highlights section shows Time Offs Pending Approval, Upcoming Team Time Off, Workers on Leave, and more.
  • My Teams: View your team roster and access details on your direct reports.
  • Budget and Resources: Access team compensation summaries and the Manager Balance Report to stay on top of budgeting.

How to Add the Manager Insights Hub to Your Navigation Menu

Easily access the Manager Insights Hub by adding it to your Workday Global Navigation Menu. Once added, you’ll be able to access it from anywhere in Workday and customize its location within the menu.

  1. Go to the Workday Global Navigation Menu and click Add Apps (located on the top left of your computer screen).
  2. In the Find Apps search field, type Manager Insights Hub. Click the + icon, then select Back to Menu.
  3. To arrange the order of your apps, click Edit, then drag and drop to reorder as desired. Click Save Changes to finalize.
