Parking & Transportation Services uses a virtual system that connects license plates to parking permits. Since your license plate is your permit, it is important that the license plate numbers listed for each vehicle attached to your permit are accurate in the parking system. If you have a specialty plate with vertical letters preceding the numbers, be sure to include them.
- If you choose to change your permit type and continue to participate in the payroll deduction program, you must visit the Parking & Transportation Services office to order your permit and complete a new payroll deduction form. Bring your Faculty/Staff identification card or a copy of your current contract with you for employment verification.
- To opt out of the payroll deduction program, complete a payroll deduction cancellation form at the Parking & Transportation Services office.
New Payroll Deduction Accounts
If you are new to the payroll deduction process, there are two ways to start the process:
- In-Office Purchase: Visit the Parking & Transportation office and complete the payroll deduction form. Your permit purchase will be completed onsite. Bring your Faculty/Staff identification card or a copy of your current contract for employment verification.
- Online Authorization: Submit the online payroll authorization form. Please note that submitting this form does not complete your permit purchase. This step is solely authorizing deduction payments. After submitting the form, you will receive detailed instructions via email explaining the next steps. This email will include information on how to log into your account and complete the transaction. Please be aware that approval may depend on your employment contract type.
Please note that only full-time university employees are eligible for payroll deduction.
