Confidentiality
All information gathered in this study will be kept as confidential as possible. No reference will be made in written or oral materials that could link individual participants to this study. Names and personal information will not be collected, not even on the consent form. Once collected, survey responses will be stored behind a password protected account on UNLVs Google Drive for at least three years upon completion of the study. After that time the information gathered will be destroyed.
