California Congressman Ro Khanna
At the beginning of October, members were honored to host California Congressman Ro Khanna whose district includes much of Silicon Valley.
Invited by Clark County District D Commissioner William McCurdy II, who also stopped by, Congressman Khanna shared his vision on the future of tech careers and how to connect students to companies & industries needing their skills across the nation. He also fielded questions from students on topics ranging from current federal legislation involving AI to how we can better prepare the next generation for the future job market.
