Peter Arceo, '96 BS Hotel Administration, is chief marketing officer for San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, dining, seeing shows, and attending sporting events. He and his wife enjoy finding new restaurants. They live in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Kawika Smith
Kawika David Smith, '10 BS Hotel Administration, was recruited by Marriott when he graduated to return home and open a new branding of the Marriott family called the EDITION Waikiki in Honolulu. He left there to begin his own private tour company, DONE Hawaii Tours. Although the company started small less than five years ago, he now has nine employees and a fleet of minivans. He credits UNLV courses and professors with providing him the operations processes he uses in his business, including cost control and advanced accounting. The UNLV class he relies on most is Organizational Behavior. He says he wouldn't be as successful as he is if he hadn't taken that class. He says he enjoys continuing to learn about ancient Hawaiian culture. He says sharing what he learns with his team results in outstanding cultural tours for their guests. His hobbies include competitive ocean canoe paddling and volunteering in the community. Knowing his business leaves a carbon footprint on the island, he says it is his responsibility to help clean and protect the island for future generations. He lives in Honolulu.
Mark Benjamin
Mark Benjamin, '97 BS Hotel Administration, is co-founder and treasurer of FlowerPetal, community relations director of Seneca Meadows Inc., and immediate past chairman of the board of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce He also is the author of the children's book Go Rebels! Go! Fight! Win! He and his family live in the town of Lodi in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Adam Lopez, '00 BS Hotel Administration, is a technical senior project manager. His hobbies include camping, running, and going to yard sales. He is the father of 5-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. The family lives in North Las Vegas.
Eugene (Gene) W Grace
Eugene Grace, '71 BS Hotel Administration, was president of Grace Management, a 32 year-old national company specializing in senior housing with services environments. He sold the company two years ago to a private equity group and now is advising the private equity group. Semi-retired, he also works as a qualified expert witness for court cases involving senior housing with services in development, marketing, and management. His hobbies include piano, motorcycle trips with friends, skiing, scuba diving, international travel, real estate investments, and photography. He and his wife of 33 years, Mari Jo, maintain a second home in Santa Rosa, California, but recently moved to Colorado, making Vail their primary residence.
Natalie Hansen
Natalie Hansen, '11 BA Communication Studies, earned a master's degree in public communication and technology from Colorado State University in 2014. She joined A.wordsmith, a boutique public relations firm as a public relations associate late last year. This spring, she was promoted to social media specialist. In October, she and her fiance, Kevin O'Grady are getting married. She lives in Portland, Oregon.
Glenn Garrison
Glenn Garrison, '92 BS in Hotel Administration, has moved to a new position in the Pentagon as U.S. Air Force chief of morale, welfare, and recreation policy. When he left his previous Pentagon position as chief of the total force programs in the strategy and design branch, he received the Meritorious Civilian Service award. He lives in Edgewater, Maryland.
Steve Rice
Steve Rice, '93 BS Hotel Administration, is director of catering at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Previously, he worked as vice president and general manager of CPS Events at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and as director of catering at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles, the Pierre Hotel in New York City, and the Waldorf Astoria in New York. He lists family, faith, fitness, and food as his interests. He is married and living in the town where he was raised, Santa Monica, California.

Vida Chow, '87 BS Hotel Administration, '06 Master of Hospitality Administration, is a director of Talent Management Asia Pacific for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and is based in the company's regional office in Hong Kong. She describes herself as happy and fun-loving. She enjoys Bikram yoga, experiencing different cultures, and exploring trends in fashion, interior design, food, and wine.
Dinesh Rao
Dinesh Rao, '97 BS Hotel Administration, recently celebrated 19 years with Marriott International. Currently, he is the general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk. Located on the banks of the world-famous Riverwalk and on the site of the former St. Mary's Parochial School, the hotel is one of the most unique Marriott hotels, he says, and is only 55 feet wide. He has worked in nine different hotels, in seven cities, in five different Marriott brands. He has been married 15 years and has two children, ages 11 and 7. The family lives in San Antonio.

Rachel Ego, '96 BS Hotel Administration, is in her 20th year in professional private country club management. She currently is the general manager of The Club at Rolling Hills in Golden, Colorado. When not at work she enjoys studying wine, traveling, and teaching yoga. She lives in Lakewood.
