Yuang-Sheng "Ken" Chiu (Hospitality) received the 2021 Undergraduate Research Competition Honorary Award at the West-Federation CHRIE Conference in February. Chiu, an undergraduate, received the honor for presenting his paper, “Blame It on the Virus: Effect of COVID-19 Message on the Relationship between Layoff and Survivors' Prosocial Rule-Breaking Behaviors." Professor Cass Shum is his faculty advisor.
