Xue Xing and Howard R. D. Gordon (Teaching and Learning) co-authored a peer-reviewed journal article, entitled The article overviews important issues pertaining to career and technical education program development and policy changes in Nevada and discusses characteristics and future directions of high-quality CTE programs in the state. This article appears in the 2018 fall issue of the Workforce Education Forum.
