Priyambda Kumra, Asma Awan, Ata Laique, and Manoj Sharma (all Social and Behavioral Health), presented their poster, "," during the American Public Health Association on Nov. 13, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the Latina/o/x Population Health: Responding to health needs in Latino Caucus. The study identified promotoras and faith-based groups as the key cultural liaisons for an increase in physical activity behavior with a greater impact. Kumra is graduate student.
