Kristen Costello (Libraries) won the . Costello was honored for her service as vice chair and chair of the Innovative Users Group (IUG), which included work on the IUG's annual conferences. She also was recognized for the leadership she provided when the group acquired Polaris Library Systems. Her efforts reached well beyond IUG and shined a spotlight on the University Libraries at an international level.
