Katherine Rankin (Libraries) won the this summer at the ALA conference in San Francisco. She was recognized primarily for event planning and a presentation she did at the ALA annual conference in Las Vegas last summer as well as for acting as the Western Association of Map Libraries liaison to MAGIRT.
