Professor Francine J. Lipman (Law) coauthored a chapter on tax justice delivered through federal and state tax systems in a book published by the Civil Rights and Social Justice Section of the American Bar Association titled, “.” The book is a resource that helps lawyers, legislators and the general public understand the collateral implications of COVID-19 and how it affected the nation’s most vulnerable populations.
